Lisa did a great job! She is a great communicator and did a great job keeping us informed at all times during each step of the process of selling our home. Lisa has superior knowledge of the area. This was very helpful when we were setting the listing price of our home, it was a key factor for maximizing the list price and selling price. Lisa also worked with us on the previous purchase of our home, her skill level at both selling and purchasing a home are excellent! We cannot imagine a better experience working with an agent. Lisa came highly recommended as a talented and dedicated real estate professional, and she exceeded our expectations. The property we listed was in good condition but required some updates, both inside and in the yard, to meet buyer expectations. Lisa provided valuable insights into comparable listings and worked within our budget to make the necessary updates. She coordinated some of the work with local teams, suggested and scheduled pre-sale home and termite inspections, and recommended staging the property since the house was empty. Living out of town, we anticipated it would take months to complete everything needed to prepare the house for sale. However, thanks to Lisa's efforts, the house was ready in just 5 to 6 weeks. She regularly checked on the property and even watered the garden. At one point, she handled an attempted squatter situation, which we greatly appreciated. Lisas guidance and clear, consistent communication through buyer offers and the closing process made what could have been a stressful experience simple, organized, and enjoyable. If youre looking for a true professional, you wont find anyone better than Lisa.
