suggesting that a seller get a pre-listing home inspection. After the inspection we hired a roofer to inspect a few nail pops. We contacted the insurance company with the roofer and the seller got a new roof paid for by their insurance company. We were then able to market the home with a new roof and got it under contract within one week. Transaction went very well. I love helping buyers and sellers.
