Lisa and her husband/team member Dennis provided me with the best service I've received from realtors. Sale Side: Lisa was able to give me specific instructions on how to prepare the home for showing. She did the market research to determine the best listing price to generate interest and ultimately a sale at a good price. If I had any concerns or issues arise, she was readily available and had a solution. Above all else, the sale process went extremely smoothly. Lisa is extremely pleasant and positive and a joy to work with!Purchase Side: Dennis and Lisa were both great at explaining the current state of the market to me and what it takes to get a home in this market. Dennis was able to assess my family's needs and guide us to the perfect home for us and do so quickly. His expertise in mortgage lending was helpful to making the financing and closing process run smoothly. Dennis was very easy to work with because he is both calm and kind.In addition, Dennis and Lisa coordinated the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home so that both closings occurred on the same day. The closings went seamlessly, which was quite impressive!
