1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Location! Does the neighborhood fit your needs? (schools, family oriented or 55 & up community) Does house meet your budget requirements?
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Look at comparables in the area and the value they present. Walk thru sellers home and suggest any helpful hints to add or improve on that would impress potential buyers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Mostly buyers at this time.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A couple buying investment property. We looked at several and found one with historical characteristics and beautiful big rooms. They are thrilled to have an income property that has checked all the boxes they had. Great transaction!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I retired from Verizon and wanted to still work with people. I have a passion for Real Estate. I believe in hard work for each and every client. I enjoy exploring my clients options, showing them homes and the joy when they find The One!!
