We have worked with Lisa OConnell over the past 2 years to find a vacation home in the Pinetop AZ area. Lisa has been incredibly patient as we searched for the right home, on the right lot, in the right location and at the right price for us. Lisa lead us to the prefect place and guided us through the whole negotiation and purchase process. Even after the purchase, Lisa has been there for us to help us get the house utilities set up given that we are 200 miles away from the home. We cannot say enough about Lisa. She was AMAZING! We were searching for a cabin in the Show Low/Pinetop area while living in Tempe. Lisa kept us up to date on new listings, previewed homes to save us time & travel and was always available to show us properties when we came into town. I cannot heap enough praise upon Lisa OConnell for her performance as my real estate agent. She managed tomove my transaction quickly through the process despite multiple attempts from me to make her job more and moredifficult! A few examples:I live on the east coast of the U.S., thus a 3 hour time difference. -- Lisa: No problem.I prefer to communicate over email only. -- Lisa: No problem.I had never visited Pinetop and never seen my property. -- Lisa: No problem. Thus, I could barely answer the most basic questions about my property. -- Lisa: No problem. In addition to dealing with all of those shenanigans, Lisa acted as my advocate multiple times. In one instance, she discovered a vehicle illegally parked on my property, called the sheriff on my behalf, eventually discovered the vehicle owner, and had them remove the vehicle!In another instance, Lisa really smoothed out the process ofgetting plumbing work done for me by communicating directly with the contractor and explaining what needed repair. I am certain that had I tried to communicate the same to the contractor, it would not have ended well given my utter lack of necessary information!Lisa OConnell gets my highest recommendation along with my gratitude for her spectacular work on my property sale.
