Lisa Ninow is a diligent, genuine, humble, and honest relator, we were lucky to have found her. Working under a 1031 contract, from another state, we had 45 days to identify a property, once we contacted Lisa, we were down to day 28. She was made aware of our desperate situation and reassured us by saying "I have faith that we will find you something". The market was hot, we would inquire on a property and Lisa was so quick in responding within minutes usually to say, "Let me check" then "sorry, It's already under contract". This was such a stressful time in our lives, but Lisa remained calm and positive reassuring us that we were a priority and that she would find us a property. She was right! We signed the contract to our condo two days before the 1031 contract ended. I truly believe that it was because of Lisa's excellent reputation that our offer was accepted, which was 1 out of 13! Lisa is truly an amazing person, after our month of communications, we felt as if she was a life long friend.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Lisa was. She is a 100 out of 10.We had a very limited amount of time to make a purchase, and with only 2 days in town, we got our goals met. Lisa was able to provide us with an excellent understanding of the areas we were looking to invest in. She totally understood what we were looking for, what our budget was, and found the perfect house for us. She has gone above and beyond her role as a real estate agent. I highly recommend her without any reservation at all. She is amazing

This was the second time that I have worked with Lisa in the Park City area and I can't imagine why anyone would ever use anyone other than her. I have literally NEVER worked with anyone in the real estate business (or any other business for that matter) that is as responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough as Lisa. Every time you text or call her she will reply virtually immediately regardless of the day of the week or time of day. The properties that we have purchased and sold in Park City are second homes so we aren't out there full time. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of since you aren't in town. A few examples:1 - Lisa met the inspector at the property that we were purchasing and promptly called me with the initial results of the inspection while the inspector was still on site. A few items needed to be checked out by Mechanical and Plumbing contractors and she arranged for those contractors to come back and do their inspections and met them there as well. All of these contractors were very professional and thorough as well and fairly priced.2 - We included a home warranty to be paid for by the seller in our offer and the title company called to tell me that I needed to get something set up and send him the information. I called Lisa and she informed me that she had already set this up and forwarded the information to the title company. She re-sent the information and that was done.I am not normally one to write reviews but Lisa is so good at what she does I would write a thousand reviews for her. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

Lisa helped me shop around for condos, and with her help I was able to quickly get an offer accepted for the perfect apartment in the competitive Park city market. It was fantastic working with her, she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, would 100% recommend!
