Lisa and Kimberley were awesome. I am a tough grader and they really impressed me. I had it listed with another agent with no offers in 7 months. No real interest to be honest. What Lisa/Kim did was to give me a list of things as the owner I should do to better prepare the townhouse for sale. I took it off the market and followed their advice. Within 30 days of listing the property with Lisa/Kim I had offers from 3 different parties. In the end I got full asking price. I know that is not something that should be expected.
