Lisa helped my husband and I buy a property in Center Harbor in 2020 after looking at a number of properties on both Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake. She is very knowledgeable of the area, the real estate market, appropriate price levels and bidding strategies and the selling/buying process itself. Shes incredibly responsive and keeps things moving when they need to move quickly, especially in a hot market! Shell be open and honest when asked her opinion, and shell support you and advocate for you 100% of the way once youve decided to move ahead. She helped us find the right inspectors, lawyers, everyone we needed to complete our purchase and all her recommendations were top notch. We cant say enough good things about her!
