I can't say enough good things about Lisa! She has gone above and beyond for us in SO many ways. We came to Rockport on vacation and decided to stay in the coastal bend area. She assisted in coordinating a sale of one home in the coastal bend, provided an estate sale and pack out referral as there was no way I could handle that from across country. With such limited time to be in the area she was amazing, even went out on mother's day weekend to show us homes! In our contract she put in a home warranty, if you've never had one then that is pure gold. I'd never thought of asking for it in a contract. Immediately after moving in of course things break! That one line in the contract saved us SO much money and stress. I will most definitely use Lisa for our next purchase as well and frequently give out her contact info.
