She ended up basically handling all aspects of the deal, taking care of things that, frankly, my agent should have done. The deal closed with the usual last minute hiccups, and Lisa was there through it all, keeping things moving forward. She made us feel as if we were here only clients (which, all you have to do is look at her listings to see how truly busy she is). In addition, she and her assistant -- HUGE shoutout to the amazing Sophia Turner -- just went above and beyond to help us, as part-time SB residents, get all the myriad details and duties taken care of.
