Had a great pleasure working with McAteer & Will. Lisa and Carl were very dedicated and committed to finding us the right house. The first property we saw was very beautiful, however not our style, and we didn't feel pressured into liking it. Instead, Lisa and Carl asked us more questions about what we were looking for in a new home. They very quickly understood what we needed and showed us our dream home. Throughout the contract phase we had some obstacles with the lender and Lisa and Carl went above and beyond hand holding us through the process and guiding us to take us over the finish line. I also would like to add that Tracey, their Executive Assistant, was incredibly helpful in pre and post closing, ensuring we had all the needed documents on time as well as sending us a suggested list of local service professionals, that list is very helpful. Everyone at McAteer & Will was very approachable, straightforward, courteous, prompt, reliable and easy to work with. They also cooperated very smoothly with the seller's agent, which made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Their office at 402 Broad St is very beautiful, clean, and easily accessible by foot or by car in the heart of Milford, PA. I would recommend McAteer & Will in a heartbeat.

There are so many realtors to choose from when deciding to sell your home, from the beginning I knew McAteer Will Estates was that realtor.
