For the TL:DR types - If Lisa and her team are not your realtor group, you are leaving money on the table. The Laurel Group provides exceptional outcomes and have easily outperformed (by a wide margin) every other agency I have ever worked with. All aspects of their approach will leave their customers wondering how other realtors are still in business. (Or, at least, not providing a discount) We have worked with Lisa once before in 2019. In April and May this year, we had a Yucaipa area purchase and sale with Laurel Group. Highlights: - Initial market analysis of sale was absolutely spot on (25k range provided, we netted 4k from top and 27k over ask) - Insanely fast response on lender qualification prior to our purchase offer (not pre-qual, this strengthened our buyer position) - Shared status update webpage/tracking system that kept all parties aligned and reminded of all the activities that sale or purchase include - Prep for showing and photography were excellent, open house came off like a model home - Timing of generating interest with "coming soon" following closely by the open house created a massive population during the open house I can, without reservation, say that we crushed expectations on our home sale. I am convinced that we could not have had nearly the same performance without Lisa and her team. The Laurel Group have earned any future SoCal activity we might have. Simply put, I cannot recommend the Laurel Group more highly.
