Lisa Madonia

MKT Luxury Listing Specialist (19 years experience) Lisa Madonia joined @properties in 2001 as one of the firm's founding agents. She is a top producer and has been among the top 1% of sales agents in the Chicago Association of REALTORS(R) since 2002. In addition, she was the 5th broker and first woman to join @ properties. She is the company's longest tenured broker. Lisa is one of the city's well-known development sales brokers, having represented some of Chicago's most high-profile luxury new-construction projects. These include 30 West Oak, 4 East Elm, Ten East Delaware and 400 W Huron to name a few. She has also sold a number of resale units within these developments. Before entering the world of real estate, Lisa spent ten years at a major Chicago banking institution as a Vice President of Corporate Lending. Lisa is a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She has lived in the Chicago area for over 25 years and currently resides in Bucktown.
