ZillowVERIFIEDI live in California and have had a beloved rental property in Albany for 20+ years. When my tenants of 10 years left I decided to sell. I filled out some online form to help me find a realtor and clicked send. Lisa called me and I saw the area code and my first thing I said to her was "I am not ready!". I had no idea about anything to do with selling a home, there or anywhere. We talked for a few minutes and I agreed for her to send me her info. I put her in my phone as oregon realtor #1 as she was the first call I got. She sent me info, I did my research. I like that she had years of experience, lived in the town, had a staff and was independent of the big "chain" realty companies. This home I had was our first, and it was very personal, not just a business transaction to get through.I visited Oregon to see the house, it was in sad rental shape but still had good bones. I met Lisa and her husband, they were both chill and knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands. It was a large home with a fair amount of useful oddities in construction and would need to attract a buyer who could see the space and how to use it. Lisa assisted me with EVERY decision and flexed when I at first decided to sell "as is" then quickly decided to do a variety of things to refresh it. When I returned to California after executing the initial fixes, Lisa continued to check on the home, evaluate minor things, meet with people on my behalf if needed.She helped us price it right and rode through the offers, counter offers and inspections, and the decisions we needed to make to achieve our goal of selling to the right people. She was ALWAYS positive and VERY VERY responsive, to emails, calls and texts. I knew that I was important, and I felt taken care of from afar which was huge. Every step of the way I had questions and they all got answered. I am very happy I chose her. IT was that initial conversation which was easy, no pressure, just here is me and what I do and I would love to help you. She did everything she could for me to help there be less stress.
