Lisa is a true professional and I highly recommend her for any assistance to buy or sell. I reached out to Lisa 2 months prior to my listing my home for sale. She gave her best guess at that time on the price I could list my home and gave excellent suggestions on how to improve and ready my home for sale. Her suggestion to improve my home cost me $3,000 but netted me an extra $12,000 in the sale price.
