I cannot say enough about Steve. I live out of state. My wife has Stage IV cancer and my mom had just passed away. Because of Steve's due diligence, I did not have to make one trip to Florida to sell my mom's house. Steve took care of everything. Even got me in contact with a company to help with the estate sale. Plus, Steve even took care of returning my mom's van to the bank. He did not have to do any of those extra steps. Steve went above and beyond anything that was even expected. Lisa and Steve were excellent Realtors to deal with. They listened to my concerns and we came up with a great plan for the sale of my home. My husband and I are more than 100% satisfied with Steve and Lisa! Six moths ago I got lucky and found his phone number on-line while using a realtor that was not putting her best foot forward to show us homes. After speaking with him for a few minutes we quickly decided to switch realtors. We had pre-approval through a mortgage company and was having difficulty with financing once we found the home during the loan process. Steve recommended another company and it got done! Sadly enough, we had an unforeseen circumstance and needed to sell our house quickly and buy another within 6 months! It was easy to call Steve and tell him our circumstance and out on the search for another dream home we went! We had a large wish list and we were not easy to please. Once we found the house, Lisa submitted our offer quickly because there were other offers on the table same day. They got it done! I am clear to close and will be moving in our new house next week! This team has worked with us in difficult situations with 2 buys and financing within 6 months! He walked us through each step and were available to us even while they were on vacation. They fought for us when we needed them to and had thankfully took a personal interest in our difficult situation. Buying a home is so competitive right now and we could not be more pleased with Steve and Lisa! They make it easy because of their knowledge and FUN. From the bottom of our hearts, we are thankful!

Steve and Lisa were fantastic to work with ! From the time we told them what we were looking for they sorted out our options , gave us the pros and cons to what our thoughts were and then let us make the final decision. Working to get the home closed was quite an ordeal and Steve stuck with us through the process making everything soluble. We dealt with many of these things out of state and without Steven and Lisa's help we never could have gone through this process and kept our sanity! Thanks to Steve and Lisa we have a beautiful vacation home that we will be leasing out for the next couple of years until retirement.
