Lisa has a great understanding of the local market. She involved and informed us about everything needed to get the house ready for market. Lisa and her team did a great job in staging the house in such away to make it look quite different then before but also staged it in a way that would be marketable to people looking at that price point. She kept us very involved in the process of the listing price and then the offers that we received and also weeding out the strongest offers. Throughout the whole process it never felt like she was working on our behalf but that we were all working as a team.

We have known Lisa and her family since early 1980s. In 2021, we decided to sell our home in Dennis, MA, a home we had built and owned since 1978.
