Mal is awesome! We started looking for our first home 6 months ago and Mal was with us every step of the way. Calling us to notify us of new listings, telling us the truth on houses that were not worth our money and there were times that I emailed him at 6pm on a weekday asking if we could see a house I found the following day and he would call me and say I can meet you there in 30 min if you wanna see it right now. He is great we found our dream home and closed on it a few days ago and he has still kept in touch to make sure were doing good. Highly recommend!!!

I have bought and sold three homes, worked with 4 different agents and the only agent I have wanted and trusted enough to work with twice is Mal. We worked together in the purchase of our forever home and after that experience decided to work with Mal again on selling our existing home. Note these two properties are in completely different areas of Georgia, so location proved not to be an issue with him (they were 1 hr and 40 mins apart and with Atlanta traffic make that 2 hours.) At first, and I hate to admit it, we were kind of needy, especially since we were suburbanites moving from (East Snob) city facilities, sidewalks and cable to well, septic and satellite (lol). We had a million questions, concerns and needed to locate some local resources on top of it. Mal's knowledge base of different terrains, construction, cities, willingness to research, wide range of resources from his associates, great sense of humour and also his ability to placate or work with pretty much any personality type not only made him a pleasure to work with, it also helped us make informed/sound decisions. Mal cares about his clients and will not leave your calls or concerns unanswered. After all, the buying and selling of a home is STRESSFUL and a life changing event, the last thing we need is to dislike the person we have signed a contract with and have to then pay them. We have absolutely no regrets working with Mal.
