Lisa and Nick worked with us providing recommendations for contractors and helping us prioritize what made the most sense to complete before listing. When we finally listed the house we got several offers over asking right away. The closing took longer than expected because of a problem with the buyers lender, but Lisa and Nick were great at explaining the process and calming our nerves. We are very happy with the service we received. I would recommend both of them to friends and family and would use them for buying or selling in the future is we are in the area.
