Through these events she took a strong interest in making sure everything in my house was working correctly, down to the the mat and booties inside the front door. Once the house was under contract that is when Lisa took it to the next level, did I mention I was 1500 miles away. She was so much help coordinating the inspections, service guys who came and make sure critical items were addressed in a good way. The closing date was delayed by 4 weeks due to buyer issues; Lisa was there on top of it, many times texting me with an update before I could finish writing/sending her a text. ZillowVERIFIEDIn spite of all our anxiety and apprehension, selling our property in Sparta NJ turned out to be rather painless and effortless, all thanks to the efforts of Lisa Fraser who was our Keller Williams realtor. She changed our idea of whoa conventional realtor is versus what one should be. She was there at every step holding our hand and sometimes stepping in to fill in the need even when we did not expect it. Like when a fire extinguisher needed to installed in the kitchen. She was there with a power drill all set to install it and she did get the work completed. Lisa paid personal attention to every detail, anticipating the next steps when needed and keeping us and the attorney up to date on everything. She always kept our interest in sight. It was wonderful to work with Lisa, she is friendly and, knowledgeable. By the time we closed on the house, she was more like a friend, like someone whom we had known for a long time. We have been recommending her name to our friends who are thinking of listing their houses because we cannot think of anyone whom we would recommend so wholeheartedly.
