About Lisa Ellis

Real Estate Agent (26 years experience) I have lived in North Carolina my whole life and feel so fortunate to have been born and raised in such a fabulous State. I am from Durham and love my home town. I am so proud of the change that has occurred in the past 10 years that is making Durham a destination for foodies, educational nerds, culture junkies and nature lovers alike. We have it all here in my great State and I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with those who are choosing North Carolina to be their new home State. I have traveled all over the world and am always in awe of the beautiful places and amazing people that inhabit this great planet we live on. However, there is just no place like North Carolina that beats our 4 seasons, our rich soils, our access to pristine beaches, lush mountain ranges, unparalleled health care and education. Whenever I go away, I am always ready to come back home to the Triangle area where I live with my son, Cooper and our 2 French bull dogs, Axel and Ella. I have been helping Buyers and Sellers across the area since 1996. I love what I do and enjoy each day that I get to wake up, go to work and help people achieve their real estate goals. I have a giving personality and it brings me joy to help educate, motivate and inspire others to realize their dreams of homeownership, investment, upsizing, downsizing and really just all things real estate. To begin we couldnt of had a successful selling of our house if it weren't for Lisa Ellis FIRST MEET HER 2 YRS AGO AND SHE STAY WITH us WITH LOT OF ADVICE UNTIL WE WERE READY to sell. She went out of her way in so many ways she recommend a moving van, car transport, painter, and advice us how to have a successful transfer of our closing money so we could quickly close on our new house . Moving from North Carolina to Wisconsin was no easy task so we surely deeply appreciate everything that Lisa did. Thanks again Lisa you are highly recommendation as one of the top realtor.

Lisa was very easy to work with. She helped us understand the process, made helpful suggestions. and even crawled under our house to check out that area for any problems! The house went under contract quickly and during the due diligence period she kept us up to date with the progress. The closing was easier than we had experience before and this was the thirteenth home that we had owned. All in all, a pleasant experience and she even seemed to get my sense of humor.
