I was referred to Lisa when I first moved back to Pennsylvania and was looking to view a home that was for sale in Zelienople. There was evidence from the beginning that the home had some water pooling and other issues, and she was up front immediately about the concerns that she had. My parents and myself did most of the research on other locations that I was interested in and we dragged her around to quite a few homes. Lisa was always very honest about how she felt about each location and never pressured me into anything. I had to leave Pennsylvania for military training and trusted her with my parents to continue the search. My mother found a potential house in Zelienople and Lisa took them to the first available viewing, calling me afterwards to say that she thought this house was the one. I put a bid in at asking price, as there weren't many options and I trusted her instinct as well as my parents'. I won the bid and the closing process was straight forward and seamless. Lisa's guidance on a home inspector and lender worked out great. Considering I was halfway across the country for work, Lisa's handling of the paperwork and everything leading up to the closing was fantastic. There was one hiccup just prior to closing involving the necessity of a cashier's check (I had previously bought a home using a VA loan, so I was unaware of this requirement), but we were able to work it out in time. My situation was unique in that I wasn't present for a majority of the process, and Lisa even acknowledged afterword that she didn't have high hopes that it would work out. Luckily for me, she stuck by me and I now own the home and love it. I highly recommend Lisa for her honesty and professionalism. Lisa won't try to push you a lemon to get a sale. I believe that she is a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and extremely professional real estate agent.

Lisa was extremely helpful during the home buying process for us. This was our first time going through the home buying process, which can be extremely daunting, and Lisa helped to masterfully explain each step of the process. Additionally, she helped us to negotiate the terms of our house and did extensive research to make sure she came prepared to the discussions armed with information. We really appreciated her attention to detail, ability to listen to our needs, and overall mastery on the subject of realty. We would absolutely recommend her!

Lisa did an awesome job. Lisa never hesitated to work with us after our previous agent quit on us. Lisa worked around our schedules to look at houses and in the short amount of time that we had available to look at them she was willing to do so and never turned us down. When it came to purchasing the house she was with us every step of the way even when she was on vacation (out of the country that is) she was still with us, Lisa never missed a beat.
