About Lisa Chudzicki

Lisa has made a career of "serving clients first." Her persistent dedication has resulted in numerous Top Producer awards as well as membership in the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, which is awarded to the top 13% of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Lisa has been providing excellent service for her clients since 2001 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with regard to buying and selling real estate. Prior to entering the residential real estate industry, Lisa enjoyed over 15 years as an employee of the Walt Disney Company. She was instrumental in the production of numerous entertainment and marketing events, parades, shows and large scale promotions worldwide. Lisa acquired a solid business background while with Disney, including managing details, effective planning, establishing and meeting deadlines, negotiating, communication and multitask coordinating. Today, her real estate clients appreciate the strength of the marketing and business capabilities she has strengthened throughout the years. Lisa is an alumnus of California State University Fullerton where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising. As a member of the American Advertising Federation Team, Lisa traveled throughout the country to participate in collegiate competitions. A native of Southern California, Lisa has lived in Orange County her entire life. She observed, "There is nothing quite like Southern California's network of beautiful parks, golf courses and coastlines where the sun, sand and sea meet to create an array of recreational activities - all of which I enjoy!"

Lisa was a consummate professional, from start to finish. She knows that market and industry well, and it is apparent in all she does. I contacted Lisa and asked her to sell my home of 20 years, and to help me find another home that would be a better fit for my familys changing needs. Lisa gave me some recommendations on how to prepare my home for listing, and used a fantastic photographer. With a daughter in college, I needed the payment for the new home to be close to what I was paying for the old home. The lender that Lisa uses was creative and able to think out of the box. She cane up with a solution that was a great fit for my budget. I'm a single mother of two daughters, and Lisa kept our safety in mind throughout the process. My home was shown by appointment only, and within a week of listing it, we had three offers! Contingency escrows always have the potential to be dicey, and the buyers of my home had a very inexperienced agent. Lids was able to mentor him through some challenges, so that the buyers qualified to purchase their first home. I have a health condition that narrowed the eligibility criteria in our search for a new home, but Lisa found many properties for us to consider. She was always on time, has a pleasant, encouraging attitude, and a great sense of humor. Now that our transaction is complete, my daughters are disappointed that we dont get to see Lisa! I highly recommend Lisa as your real estate professional.
