Lisa was the best! She helped us with buying our first home. She took her time explaining everything throughout the whole process. Lisa is an exceptional real estate professional. We already knew this because Lisa was the agent who helped find this same home we sold many years later. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations as our sellers agent. We contacted Lisa after my wife and I had moved from Southern to Northern California after we initiated home renovations while away. Preparation to sell required coordination with Lisa while we were mostly remote. Lisa naturally stepped in to assist us, such as connecting with the contractor before preparing to sell, coordinating with the home cleaner, engaging actively with prospective buyers during open houses and private showings, and closely advising us through closing. Lisa was amazing as she guided us through all the steps to complete documents, address HOA issues, and all those fine details so essential for success. She was always looking out for our best interests, which is even more crucial while being six hours away. There are so many examples of how she proactively assisted us with potential challenges throughout the selling experience. These include managing impacts of an extended the home renovation schedule against optimal timing to list our home, as well as addressing last minute issues with the HOA during escrow. Selling and buying a home is time consuming and stressful. We are thankful to have worked with Lisa. She is very positive, high energy, detailed oriented, and driven.
