About Lisa Caron

Buying or selling a home is typically one of the largest financial transactions that a person experiences in their lifetime. Helping a young couple find their first home or helping an older couple downsize after raising a family is an extremely rewarding experience for me. As I watch people close one chapter of their life and open a new one, I'm left wondering what is in store for them in the future. My path to real estate came after a long and successful career as a small business owner with my husband, Pete. He has a construction background and helps clients understand the quality and condition of the properties that they are viewing as well as performing market research for sellers to ensure that they receive the best price for their home. He is also my photographer. We have found that high quality photos of your property are key to generating interest from buyers. Over 90 percent of home buyers find their new home online. We feel that presentation is key when selling your home! I understand that looking for a home is not a 9-5 process and work around my client's schedules. I am focused on the people that I work with not the commission on the sale. It is extremely important to me that sellers receive the best price possible and buyers get the best value for the home they are buying. I love the negotiation process and work diligently to arrive at a "win, win" for both buyers and sellers.
