Our experience with Nicole was great. We had several issues with the seller and the seller's agent and Nicole went above and beyond working to get them resolved. The seller had an outstanding permit for construction that needed to be closed out. They and their agent were not all that concerned about it and caused a delay in closing. Nicole went out of her way and contacted the town offices to find out what needed to be done to get the permit closed. She helped us in many ways to get the process completed and I would certainly recommend her for future services.

Nicole is a very accomplished realtor, insightful, transparent, responsive, and totally committed to the customer satisfaction. We were the first time home buyers and pretty new to this country, so we had a lot of questions but Nicole made the entire process very easy for us. What impressed me the most about her is the willingness to understand her client that helped us tremendously to find a right house. She understands her client's requirement, likes/dislikes and more importantly I never found her holding back her suggestions that helped us avoid common pitfalls during our house search. I was extremely picky with my requirements but she was very patient throughout this time that made a lot of things easier at the back end. She is very thorough in framing the right offer and know tricks of the trade to ensure your offer a success. I always found her very approachable and never had to wait too long for her response back. She is well connected and helped us in choosing the right lender, home inspector and insurance companies. Because we closed the house during the COVID times, so she was not present during the closing due to few protocols, but ensured everything for a smooth closing and even after closing she assisted us in finding a house cleaning company. She has a thorough understanding of the entire process 'end to end' and well connected to ensure a smooth coordination of all these moving parts. It was a very good experience with Nicole in our home buying process.

Lisa and Nicole managed our sale of one condo and the purchase of another at the same time during these COVID times. In these times when so many home owners are refinancing and/or moving up the banks and housing financial institutions are over loaded. Lisa and Nicole gave us the support of managing all the documents we had to provide and sign in a timely manor. They worked with our buyer of one condo and seller of the other as well as the bank we were using to refinance our home to give us cash for the new condo for our daughter and family. They did an amazing job at a high professional level. As a business man I could not offer a higher referral for anyone looking for a professional realtors.
