My wife and I were looking to relocate from the Denver area to Casper this last winter and Spring. Even though we werent 100% ready to move on a home, we still wanted to check out some of the houses in our price range. Abby replied to an inquiry about a house we were interested in. We met with her the next day and she showed us the house we were interested along with various others we had our eye on. We kept in close contact with Abby over the following two months, during which Abby was more than happy to provide guidance, recommend new properties that had or were about to go up for sale, and be as helpful as youd want your realtor to be. When it came time to seriously look at houses Abby was always very responsive to all my inquiries and questions and very communicative; I dont think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply back about anything I reached out to her for, and often her responses were within a minute or two. Since we still lived in Denver at the time, Abby was more than happy to do Zoom showings of houses we were interested until we found a house that really caught our eye. Given the current housing market we had to act fast and Abby didnt miss a beat when it came to this. We drove up to Casper the very next day to view the house in person and Abby did an excellent job at strategizing how to get this house and for the absolute best price. Her guidance paid off as we were able to beat out 5 other offers on this house while minimally going over asking price (about 3% over the asking price). And her invaluable contributions didnt stop there. There were a variety of issues with the house we wanted the seller to address in our contingent offer and she got the seller to address all of them and then some. I honestly could not have imagined my home buying process going any smoother than it did, and my wife and I thank Abby 110% for this. If I could give her more stars on here I would!
