Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with until we had an issue with the air-conditioning unit. We felt she did not represent us well or negotiate with the sellers. The ac unit was undersized for the home. We asked for an ac repair person to look at the unit as it was not working during the inspection. Lisa coordinated an inept ac company, All Around Heating and Air, as we were not told that the unit was too small for the square footage until we saw it and questioned it. We told Lisa that we did not want the ac unit fixed as 2 other ac companies told us it was a worthless unit and should be replaced. The sellers fixed the unit for over $1000. and it worked for 4 days. We have now been dealing with the home warranty for over 2 weeks and the ac is still not resolved. Repair workers (electrician/flooring/painter/drywaller have had to work in unbearable temperatures over 100 degrees and now renters can't move in, so we have loss of rent. I would not recommend Lisa Bristow for your realtor needs.
