I was a first time seller, and Lisa Bradley made navigating this stressful process anything but. My first contact with her was a phone call that took place on a Friday at 9:00 am. At 11:15 that same morning, we met, and she came armed with sales comps for properties that had sold in my area and brochures outlying the duties and responsibilities of the agent, the seller and the buyer. After a thorough inspection of my place, we established a selling price, completed required paper work, discussed how to present the property and arranged for a professional photographer to come the next morning. Two days later, we met at ReMax Vision, selected photos to be forwarded to agents and real estate online sites and waited for interested buyers. The wait was very short because over the next two days, Lisa had arranged for 8 interested clients to view my condo. By the end of the second day, I had accepted the offer at the price I wanted, and Lisa took over from there. She coordinated hiring the attorney, completing the paperwork, corresponding with the condo association manager, and ensuring all deadlines, inspections, and seller/buyer responsibilities were met. Throughout the entire process, Lisa communicated regularly with me and forwarding all correspondences and documents for my input and approval. Given how stressful selling your home can be, having a competent, knowledgeable, flexible, detailed oriented Realtor like Lisa Bradley will make the process from beginning to end very manageable.
