1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
1. Explore the area to get an idea of what homes are selling for.
2. Talk to a lender to get pre-approved for financing so you know what price range you can afford (and not get your hopes up) .
3. Only look at 4-6 homes at a time so you aren't confused and can narrow down your favorites.
4. Don't forget you can change carpet and paint, but not the location. Sometimes, the perfect house will need cosmetic updates.
5. Have your agent complete a buyer home market report to determine the value and get important facts about the home you may make an offer on.
6. Become an educated buyer with the help of your agent so you won't regret your decision later.
7. Understand your options when it comes to inspections, home warranty, interest rates, etc. A good buyer's agent will walk you through each step of the process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
1. Interview multiple agents and review their online reviews for feedback from other clients.
2. Ask questions about the agent's marketing plan. What makes them unique and different from other agents?
3. Look at recent sales activity when determining your home's value, but also listen to your agent's advice regarding current market trends and the value you could add to your home for recent property improvements and updates.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I enjoy every transaction. It's an opportunity to connect buyers and sellers together, to understand their needs and wants, to help them move forward to a new chapter in their life. I manage every contract and property as if I were personally involved in the purchase or sale.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate in 2004 after working in my father's law practice and an equity syndicator that built elderly and low-income housing tax credit projects. So I've always been around real estate transactions. I am passionate about what I do, and pride myself on providing an excellent experience for each and every client with whom I work.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I'm a certified residential stager and interior designer, so I am skilled at preparing a home for sale. I am committed to having every listing photo-and-show ready every time!
