i LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND OLD OLONY REALTORS AND LEFT A NOTE. LISA CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND WITH SOME CONVERSATION TOLD ME SHE WOULOD SELL OUR HOUSE. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Getting preapproved is the very first step :) you will know exactly how much you will need to start the process. You will also know price range that you will be comfortable payment wise as well as how much of a down payment you will need.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Make sure everything is picture perfect. Curb appeal and presentation are everything! It truly does help in selling. De clutter, de clutter, declutter. All I can say ;)

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of different clients for numerous properties throughout my career.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I actually decided to get into Real Estate when I had my Son. I worked retail for 12 years before I had him and was so thankful I got to spend two years with him before going back to work. I wanted to have a schedule to work around him and be there. I have always wanted to be an Agent. I love working with people and never meet a stranger.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am very knowledgeable and have went to numerous classes regarding buyers and sellers etc. If it is something that I am not aware of, I will ask and get you the answer
