She did a fantastic job getting my mother-in-love's house on the market and SOLD! 12 Days. Thanks to "Realtor Extraordinaire" Lisa A. Loiacono, Open House, tons of showings, multiple offers, and BOOM! - my mother-in-love's house was under contract after only 12 Days on the market. Another realtor had it for 6 months. NOTHING. The right realtor is EVERYTHING!! Lisa was always available for questions or concerns, on top of every detail, and didn't waste any time getting the home the visibility it needed.
