If anyone needs a realtor (no really - they are a dime a dozen), you should call a GREAT realtor - Lisa A. Loiacono (she has got HUSTLE AND FLO'). She did a fantastic job getting my mother-in-love's house on the market and SOLD! 12 Days. Thanks to "Realtor Extraordinaire" Lisa A. Loiacono, Open House, tons of showings, multiple offers, and BOOM! - my mother-in-love's house was under contract after only 12 Days on the market. Another realtor had it for 6 months. NOTHING. The right realtor is EVERYTHING!! Lisa was always available for questions or concerns, on top of every detail, and didn't waste any time getting the home the visibility it needed. We actually had an offer the first day it listed. Very professional, caring and looked out for our best interest from day 1.
