Be aware, sites such as Zillow, may offer what they propose to be the current market estimate of value on your home, but often they are not accurate. They only rely on "Black and White" statistics, meaning there is no consideration in condition of homes around you that sold when they may use them as a "comp" when coming up with their estimate of value. I have seen homes sell for considerably more than the Estimated Market Value, and have also seen homes have an Estimated Market Value much higher than what the market may truly bring. Wether you are purchasing a new build, previously owned, or you want land or a nice community, Lisa Adkins should be who you choose. My family and I moved from out of state and we were lucky we landed with Lisa and her team. We had a hard time deciding what we wanted, from land to new build or previously owned home, she was supportive and helpful in every situation. Extremely good at communication, always willing to go the extra mile and a huge wealth of knowledge in the area. I can't tell you how lucky we are to have Lisa as our agent, she got us out of a very sticky situation when we had a contract for a new build. This is the 2nd time we used this Team and they again gave us a 100%. I think its in there blood that they want you to find your perfect home . They are always available, Text , call or email. I just cant say enough good things about Mike and lisa, we have used them both to buy and sell. They def work for you .
