3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers & Buyers, Snowbirds, Relocation, People who need to sell an existing property so they can buy a new construction home, Retirees, First time homebuyers, Military families, Second home buyers, Vacation home buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A neighbor who had an unfortunate experience with a builder decided to try again with a different builder to have a dream home built with a nice yard and serene view. They had to get their existing property under contract before the builder would let them place an offer on the home they wanted and on their preferred homesite. My effective marketing and strategic advertising brought multiple offers and they sold their home above list price!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My desire to invest in real estate was sparked at an early age while helping my father care for his income properties in Central New York. I bought my first home in VA in 2007 and was passionate about the ability of home ownership to improve the quality of people's lives. I later moved to Florida to marry my husband and began my real estate career in Orlando. Each time I help someone with their real estate needs, my passion is re-enforced. It is great to be a property owner and it has the ability to change the course of one's life, for the better.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have an MBA from Lynchburg University and a Psychology degree from SUNY Oswego. They help me serve my customers at a higher level. I also have a GRI Designation. I have both the personal touch and the business acumen to help both buyers and sellers make good financial decisions as well as quality of life decisions.
