Benji did an amazing job representing our interests with the seller ( a new construction builder). He made several extra trips to the property to check on work the seller agreed to have performed and provided feedback, including numerous pictures which was very helpful. Benji was great. Always available through the whole process! The first sentence is the main point I wanted to let people know about but the algorithm for the review needs one hundred and fifty characters in order to submit. So, in conclusion Benji was a great asset to the whole process and was always available for showings and questions during the entire process. Would recommend him to anyone that may be looking to purchase a new home.
