Schools, commutes, neighborhood information, she even knew the builder who built our house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move to the Tampa Bay area. As avid foodies she also recommended some great restaurants for us to try around Tampa and she nailed that too down to the wine recommendation. In hindsight I kind of wish we asked her for Powerball numbers!
