Lindsey was wonderful from beginning to end! I was very nervous about selling my house since I would be moving out of town in the middle of the process. Lindsey assisted with the coordination of all vendors to ensure my home was in tip top shape to sell. This being a home which has been in my family for decades, it was more than just a transaction and carried quite a bit of emotional weight. Lindsey showed great respect for my feelings and always gave time for pause where needed. There were literally no issues with the process at all. When it came to reviewing the multiple offers on my home, Lindsey was patient as we debated the merits of each offer. If I had a single complaint, it would only be that I was not able to have Lindsey assist me with purchasing my new home.

Lindsey is an enthusiastic, strategic and knowledgeable realtor. She helped us find our first home and we are so pleased with how smooth the experience was, despite a few hiccups with the seller. It was easy to have honest conversations with her about what we liked and what we didn't and we never felt pressure to settle. She has a wealth of experience and helped point out things first time homebuyers might not know or ask about. Lindsey is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were starting the hunt for our first home early, not going into it with any expectations because of the way the market was. Lindsey was awesome to work with. She was very knowledgeable, flexible, responsive and available. We checked out so many places including single family homes, townhouses and condominiums. She was very patient and did not rush me to make a decision. When I finally found a place I wanted, she encouraged me to be competitive and make an offer above the asking price, but I wasn't willing to do that, and she was very accepting of my decision. Fortunately, my offer was accepted one day after it was submitted, and things moved along quickly. Settlement was a breeze with Lindsey at my side. Once settlement was over and papers were signed, Lindsey continued to check in with me periodically to see how I was settling into my new place. She recently sent me a copy of my closing statement to submit with my tax returns and offered to answer any questions my tax accountant might have. She is 100% dedicated to making the home buying experience as easy and pleasant as possible. She is fair, honest, considerate and respectful and her communication skills are excellent! Without reservation, I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!
