We recently were put in contact with Lindsey as we were looking to move out of Philadelphia to the suburbs for our first home purchase. It is an intimidating purchase to make, and I am so glad we were working with Lindsey. She was very informative, and accommodating with respect to timing. Within minutes of our reaching out, she organized a time to go through the process with us, which was so helpful as wed no idea what to expect. She is very knowledgeable about the area she serves, and helped us narrow down towns based on her knowledge of traffic flow/ communities/ etc. She is really efficient and while my husband and I felt we were a little manic going through hundreds of homes online and reaching out to Lindsey, she never made us feel as though we were overwhelming her. So impressed by and came to rely on her always prompt replies-- we truly felt like we were her only clients (despite knowing that we were definitely not!). She even pulled homes that wed not seen that she felt may be our style (she was right), which I thought was so impressive and shows how much she listens to her clients. We never felt the pressure to make an offer on homes that didnt feel right in person, and we did see a good number. She was so professional, easy to work with, and knows so much about homes.
