The entire process from our first call with Lindsay all the way until closing was seamless. She answered all of our calls and texts impressively fast, was incredibly knowledgeable about the city (which was big for us moving from IL), and most importantly, was honest with us the whole time. In most scenarios, you probably dont want to blindly match with someone who holds the hands of your future home, but thankfully we got matched with Craig. Attempting to get a house in one of the hottest neighborhoods in the hottest markets in the country was no joke. Craig made it happen. In a market this quick, you have to be able to see houses within hours of the listing. Craig was always able to make time, even if it meant coming straight from a previous showing, tennis match or a bike ride. We were warned that it would take nearly a year to find anything in this market. With Craigs assistance, we closed on a house in the heart of East Austin within 3 months. We were so tired of losing to other cash offers that we wanted to go in aggressive with our initial offer. Craig eased us back a bit and we ended up getting the house under listing price in a market where escalating 10% or more above ask is the norm. We greatly appreciated his strategic thought process and end-to-end professionalism. If you are looking for a home in the Austin area, we highly recommend working with Craig - he will make it happen!
