In most scenarios, you probably dont want to blindly match with someone who holds the hands of your future home, but thankfully we got matched with Craig. Attempting to get a house in one of the hottest neighborhoods in the hottest markets in the country was no joke. Craig made it happen. In a market this quick, you have to be able to see houses within hours of the listing. Craig was always able to make time, even if it meant coming straight from a previous showing, tennis match or a bike ride. We were warned that it would take nearly a year to find anything in this market. With Craigs assistance, we closed on a house in the heart of East Austin within 3 months. We were so tired of losing to other cash offers that we wanted to go in aggressive with our initial offer. Craig eased us back a bit and we ended up getting the house under listing price in a market where escalating 10% or more above ask is the norm. We greatly appreciated his strategic thought process and end-to-end professionalism.
