OMG, if you need a listing agent and/or property management, do yourself the biggest favor and engage Lindsay Higgins! My wife and I were introduced to Lindsay two weeks ago after working with another since April. Lindsay sold my home in South Weymouth in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic when times couldn't have been more uncertain. The inability to offer open houses, coupled with the lack of inventory on the market to do comps, might have made this task challenging for other realtors- but not for Lindsay. Lindsay rose to the occasion with optimism and professionalism. She devised a strategy for when best to list, and ended up booking back-to-back showings that were socially distanced and followed all local COVID guidelines. The long and short of it is that Lindsay sold the house in a matter of a business day. The house was shown a few times on one evening, and then again on one weekend morning and that's all that needed to be done.
