Linda Wilcox is absolutely amazing, and hands-down the best real estate agent we have ever known!! My husband and I met her serendipitously when asking a questions on Zillow; she wasn't even the listing agent for the property we had questions about, but she responded to us instantaneously. Her level of care and communication has not wavered one iota from that moment; she is prompt, patient, thorough, informative, unbelievably on the ball, and incredibly well versed in every last detail of home buying. She has fabulous ideas for making a dated home more current and is incredibly deft at identifying deferred maintenance & other real estate concerns. Her many years of experience is evident in her calm & easy manner, as well as her vast knowledge base. We are thrilled to have found Linda and we hope to have her as our real estate go-to guru for years to come!
