We thought we would be really happy if we could get into our ideal area and the homes in our dream area were a bit out of our price range and very popular. When an amazing house popped up in our dream area Linda was able to have us be the first people to view the house and submit a fair and attractive offer. 3 days later we were in escrow!! She held our hand every step of the way and never made us feel bad for asking a lot of questions. We submitted our offer just before the COVID-19 pandemic started and she guided us through all the extra hoops as if she had done is a hundred times before. She is just so knowledgeable and helpful! She even has great recommendations for anything we want to change or fix in the house!

ZillowVERIFIEDThanks to Linda's team assisting us on our purchase in January, 2012. It was a very challenging task for them because we lived in the Bay Area and have no knowledge about Yolo county. We also have many Fong Shui concerns. However, they work extremely hard and well organized. We learned lots from them in each of our trips here. After living here for about 1 year, we "love" our new house. It is very well maintained and have great neighborhood here.
