Chris and Linda Strain are lifetime residents of Berks County and are known as the Exeter Specialist. Through our active involvement with the Exeter community, we have many great contacts to help make your buying and selling experience easy and productive. Chris and Linda were extremely helpful with the buying process. I am a first time homebuyer and knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. I asked a million questions and not once did they ever get frustrated with me. Chriss background in construction and carpentry showed when we were walking through each house. He would point out imperfections and explain in detail how they may have been caused and how to fix them. I never felt like he was trying to just get a sale from me. He made sure I got the right home and I will definitely use Chris and Linda for any future home purchases in Berks county!!

So as a First-Time buyer I knew the process could be quite extensive and scary. I'm not the best when it comes to getting everything done on time, and as I was buying the house by myself, the process seemed more daunting. But Chris was amazing in helping me through it all and found some great houses to look at in the areas I was asking for. We got tours at the times I needed for my work schedule and saw some properties before they officially listed. In this market, that was a huge help. Chris was able to get paperwork changed around and helped get an inspection while my offer was being waitlisted. He also helped get me in touch with a lender who proved to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Chris got the appointment set up for the title company and everything was incredibly smooth for me. I would highly recommend Chris if you're looking for a new home, and don't be scared to reach out if you're a First-Time homebuyer too!
