ZillowVERIFIEDWas reasonable and trustworthy with initial talks, offers, and sale. Persistent on getting detailed information on offers and buyer status. Was patient and compassionate as we had to extend the escrow period so the buyer could get new loan documents approved by HUD. However, we used email and attached pdf files with pasted signatures to make the paperwork from out of state which was labor intensive. We requested and would have preferred using a more efficient digital ink system, such as docusign, for the paperwork process. Highly recommend for local sellers.
