Since June 2018, I have sold two homes and bought one home using Rebecca as my agent. During all of these transactions, she worked extremely hard for us, using a research-based approach, keeping constant and clear communication with me and with potential buyers, and stayed engaged in a hands-on way. She represented us with class but was not afraid to get her hands dirty--she even helped me move furniture around to prepare for real estate photos and, when necessary, even shoveled snow prior to a showing at an unoccupied home we were selling! When representing us in buying a home, Rebecca was very in tune with our needs as a family and was astute at finding a home that matched those needs. She helped negotiate the deal in a fair and helpful way, and to this day we are loving the home that she helped us find. I have worked with Linda and her team (specifically Michelle) since I bought my first home over 5 years ago. I have since bought and sold a couple of houses, as well as a couple of rental properties. Linda and her team are well known within the industry and community, and it shows. Michelle has helped me find a new lender mid purchase to get a deal pushed through and she negotiated and got our offer accepted on a multiple offer situation on our current house (which was very under-priced). We also had some issues with our home warranty, where the appliance company that was sent to our house for our dishwasher did a horrible job and never fixed the issue. Michelle made a call and the home warranty company gave us another year of warranty and they are going to service our HVAC system which was not originally covered. I was very impressed

Linda was great to work with. In real estate world often marred by lies, deceit, and agents that are just out to "make a buck," Linda and her team stand out. I have had bad experiences in the past with even agents that I considered close friends as they threw around canned lines designed to get a deal, despite it being against my interests. Linda never came close to that line. We have now bought / sold three properties using her with a total value of roughly $3.75M...we'd never keep coming back if she wasn't excellent.
