We had four agents from different brokers complete a Comparative Market Analysis before we chose a broker to sell our house. Linda was the most professional and most helpful in preparing our home to sell. I hired Linda and her crew to sell my 1887 Farmhouse in Tigard. My property was so unique that it was extremely difficult to comp, thus, just as difficult to price and sell.
