Our family was looking to relocate to Thousand Oaks specifically Lang Ranch. With little idea on where and how to start our home search, we looked to Zillow and were lucky to find Joeli. From our first phone call I knew she was the right agent, friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the area. Communicating with Joeli was always quick and easy. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted in a home. Our conversations with Joeli were always natural and her enthusiastic personality was encouraging and contagious. With such low inventory in our neighborhood Joeli went above and beyond, even spent a holiday working on flyers to send out to find us a home. Our day finally came, Joeli received a call from someone who was looking to sell and received our flyer. It turned out to be the perfect home for us. Joeli guided us through the escrow and closing process. After closing Joeli continued to check in on us to make sure we were happy in our new home. Joeli also provided us with recommendations to help keep our kiddos busy and active. We cant thank Joeli enough and would recommend her to our family and friends.

Thanks to Stacey, we got the house of our dreams. As first time house buyers expecting their first child and as people in the entertainment industry with complicated schedules, I am sure that we were probably a handful at times, but Stacey showed us some pretty great listings over the course of a few months and she always had a good attitude and lots of energy. She and her team did some very sweet gestures throughout the process to make us feel special and we are very grateful. The negotiation process was challenging for us not because of Stacey, but because of the market in general right now. We were originally outbid and lost the house, but Stacey's availability and persistence with the owner kept us in the running and we got a second chance. In order to get the house, we had to go a lot higher than we wanted, but it is a seller's market these days. It was probably a very tough negotiation process, so we'd like to thank Stacey for doing whatever she did to help us get the house that felt right for us. She is a hard worker and likes to go the extra mile.

Linda provided excellent customer service making a process that can be very stressful stress-free. We were buying the house from a distance in which we were unable to attend all walkthroughs and negotiations and Linda enabled us to be at the house virtually through use of technology. She attended in-person for all walkthroughs and professionally kept us updated throughout the buying process so there were no surprises. She also went above-and-beyond in leveraging her vast list of contractors to assess items found during the home inspection. We highly recommend working with Linda and her Professional Team!
