1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be patient, the market can be very competitive at times. The right home will come along. Also, get pre-approved with an experienced lender to avoid any pitfalls during escrow.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price your property correctly to avoid a stale listing. Also, prepare the property before listing it to make it look its best. I always walk through the home with my sellers and give recommendations before the home hits the market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First-time home buyers, move-up buyers, REO, investors
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a first-time home buyer buy their first time. They had been renting for many years and didn't realize home ownership was even a possibility. I was so happy and proud to be able to turn over the keys.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got my license at a time with other agents were getting out of the business. I knew if I could sell in that market, I could sell in any market. Boy, was I right!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Financial planning to educate my clients in making smart decisions in buying and selling. Also, home staging for sellers.
