About Linda Ginsberg

I am a Florida native; I grew up on the east coast of Florida and moved to Naples over 20 years ago. I love everything about Naples - the weather, the sand (there actually is a difference), the beaches, and how Naples is run and maintained. All three of my children went through the Collier County Public School system, so I am well aware of the needs of families. I work with both buyers and sellers, making the entire process of buying and selling real estate as pleasant as possible. Of course, selling in areas like Pelican Bay, Gulf Shore and North Naples are like second nature to me, but I also specialize in Boat Slips, both wet slips and dry stowage from Marco Island to Ft. Myers. I pride myself on being available for the people I work with; 7 days a week including holidays. I answer the phone at night and on weekends (unless I am with another customer) and return calls, emails, and texts promptly. I look forward to working with people wanting to move within Naples, relocate from other areas, and first-time home buyers.

Working with Linda Ginsberg was excellent! Everything was done on line or by phone, and she made a fairly complex transaction an easy process for us. Lindas experience in the Naples market and dealing with an Estate was greatly appreciated! She went to bat for us and negotiated a great deal, and helped us find inspectors, contractors and lawyers.
