Linda Getney, Where can one start about what type of realtor, business woman and friend Linda is. If you look at her picture youll notice the hat she is wearing. That says it all. Linda wears many hats. She has to be the hardest working woman I know. Always reading current event especially whats going on in the world especially in the real estate world. My Husband and I sold out town house 10 years ago. We wanted to build our dream house. Linda took use to look at several properties until we found what we wanted. Having her help us with contractors, our selection of appliances and the layout was excellent. She got to know use so she knew what we wanted. The kitchen was the most important room for us. So she helped use with the state of the art restaurant style kitchen. We we so in love and comfortable with what we built.We didnt have a house but a home. My husband recently passed away. Now I had a huge empty house. I loved the house like the day we moved in. but it was missing the most important and valuable thing and that was my husband. Months went by and I just walked around this house like a lost person. Our dog and I sat and looked at each other so lonely . I decided that the house was just too big and expensive for myself and our dog. I thought about my options and realized I had one phone call to make and that was to Linda. She hadnt heard of my husband passing . She took it very hard and was there for me any time. We decided it was time to put the house on the market and look for a smaller house. We didnt have to look that long. I knew what I wanted. Now, my big challenge was to clean out this big house and downsize big time. Linda and friends helped me get donate and sell, furniture, cloths, utensils, equipment ad a garage full of anything and everything. Mostly all new. As time got closer to moving we had an indoor garage sale. Linda, family members and friends helped me rent tables, label everything and made it look great. I now had to do things I knew nothing about. Selling house(which took a day ) thanks to my jack of all trades. I had to learn how to get a mortgage, find a good mortgage company that that had the best interest rates. Insurance companies and all the other people I needed for this house. I needed little things done, pictures hung, boxes moved, electrical work and lots more to get a new house up and running. Along with Linda wearing many hats she also knows many people who can do and help with almost anything, She has a little black book in her head or somewhere else she keeps it. She know people in all industries. So, never worry. Linda to the rescue. The summarize this. If you need to sell an house, look for a home new or old. Stop and remember to reach out and call the woman in the hat. All your prayers will be answered.

Linda Gedney, of Compass, provided outstanding service to me when serving as my broker in the sale of my property, located in Radnor, Pa., for over 1/2 million dollars.
