Linda had quite the job when she became my Realtor. My husband and I were looking for a home that could accommodate not only us, but my Senior Mother that we were moving in with us. So she had 3 adults with different wants and needs. During this time it has been a seller's market, so things had to move fast. Everyday she sent me listings to go through and then we would talk about it and she would set up appointments. We did this for a couple of months and she never gave up on us. Finally, she found a perfect "New Build". She showed up to the orientations, final walk-thru and still checks on us now. I would highly recommend her anytime, all the time.

Given that I'm a first-time homebuyer, the entire process of physically finding a home and figuring out the financials was extremely daunting to me. After meeting Linda, however, these fears quickly faded, as she constantly guided me through the steps of home buying and provided excellent insight on locations and prices. Despite having to put offers on multiple homes (to no fault of Linda's, I was simply outbid in a very competitive market), Linda was always very quick in suggesting other amazing properties in the area to take a look at. After finally finding the perfect home for me, Linda was very helpful in walking me through the closing process, which also included many phone calls and emails to my lender in order to get updates. Linda made sure that I was going to close by my set date and continuously gave me calls and sent texts/emails to keep me in the loop. Even after closing, Linda stayed in contact and even visited the property to make sure everything was going well (and also had her husband bring a ladder and batteries to the house when my fire alarms went off on closing day!). Overall, her energy and real estate expertise led to me having the most amazing home-buying experience. My parents were also very impressed by how attentive and present she was (something they are now realizing was missing in their previous agent), and have said that they plan to use Linda in the future. I now consider Linda a close friend and would quickly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future!
